Join the Team
Come serve at Table in the Wilderness for 6-10 weeks this summer and be a part of changing lives!! As Summer Staff you will help lead activities, be a camp counselor, and assist in a variety of other camp operations. Training, housing, stipend $ and meals provided.
-Summer Staff begins around June 6th and ends as late as you can stay
-As Summer Staff you will receive:
-Level 1 High Ropes Challenge Course Training & Certification (when available),
-First Aid & CPR Certification
-Training in leading River & Lake floats (depending on water levels and camp needs),
-Mountain Biking, and low ropes course initiatives.
-Spiritual Training and team bonding
-We provide free room and board.
-All Summer Staff can raise a significant portion of their pay through missionary support. We will help you with a support letter and other materials that you can send to your contacts.
-Specific areas of focus include:
-To help lead devotions and activities.
-Maintenance/housekeeping as well as Kitchen Helper.
-General Support Staff positions are also available.

Food Service Manager
Must be able ensure a quality food program for campers/guests; includes creating menus, control food cost, shopping/ordering, weekly inventory, maintaining clean, operable, and well-organized kitchen and equipment, cooking and serving meals.
Makes sure all proper food handling & sanitation procedures are followed, creates food prep procedures for kitchen assistants, communicates on budget with Financial Director regularly, ensures that all food prep areas are clean & orderly before guests arrive, assists in other areas as needed
This position is directly supervised by Camp Director
Some food service experience, good communication skills, some experience with budgeting and managing finances
Assists in ministering to guests by helping to provide high standards of cleanliness for our guests inside cabins and group use buildings by creating cleaning schedules for volunteers and staff, inventory cleaning supplies and order as needed, work alongside staff and volunteers to clean cabins, laundering of guest bedding as needed, maintaining a clean operation and well organized space, ensure sure proper cleaning procedures are followed, and to assists in other areas as needed.
This position is directly supervised by the Operations Manager
Some experience with cleaning services, customer service skill, organizational skills, ability to network and build a team of volunteers, with a desire to serve others.
