Summer Staff:

Come serve at Table in the Wilderness for 6-10 weeks this summer and be a part of changing lives!! As Summer Staff you will help lead activities, be a camp counselor, and assist in a variety of other camp operations. Training, housing, stipend $ and meals provided.

The Details:

-Summer Staff begins around June 6th and ends as late as you can stay
in August.

-As Summer Staff you will receive:

    -Level 1 High Ropes Challenge Course Training & Certification (when available),

    -First Aid & CPR Certification

    -Training in leading River & Lake floats (depending on water levels and camp needs),

    -Mountain Biking, and low ropes course initiatives.

    -Spiritual Training and team bonding

    -We provide free room and board.

-All Summer Staff can raise a significant portion of their pay through missionary support. We will help you with a support letter and other materials that you can send to your contacts.

-Specific areas of focus include: 

    -To help lead devotions and activities.

    -Maintenance/housekeeping as well as Kitchen Helper.

    -General Support Staff positions are also available.

Assistant Director of Operations
Primary role is to ensure that all goals and standards are being met in all areas affecting outcomes of TWM’s programs; includes staff leadership and being an integral part of serving all who come to TWM.

 

Program Manager

Leads support staff in serving guests through outdoor activities and trips while furthering the mission of TWM. Delivers program activities that are safe, fun and appropriate. 

Food Service Manager
To ensure a quality food program for campers/guests; includes creating menus, shopping/ordering, weekly inventory, maintaining clean, operable, and well-organized kitchen and equipment, cooking and serving meals.

Kitchen and House-Keeping Assistant
Assists in ministering to guests by helping to provide quality meals and keeping facilities looking great.
